By registering for, accessing, or using AJR, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AJR is a cloud-based platform that helps car rental companies manage reservations, fleet, contracts, invoicing, maintenance, and related operations. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes are shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload.

The AJR platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive only a limited right to use the service as described here.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any provisions that by their nature should survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
